2. Description of Service
Under Axe is a custom clothing brand operated by Codebound that offers custom t-shirt printing and delivery. Customers choose their t-shirt size and colour, provide their artwork, and we handle the printing and delivery.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders are placed via Facebook Messenger. Pricing is communicated on a per-order basis and may vary depending on design complexity, quantity, and delivery location. Payment methods and details will be agreed upon during the ordering process.
4. Custom Artwork
Customers must own the rights to any artwork submitted for printing, or have obtained proper permission from the rights holder. Under Axe is not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from artwork provided by the customer. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce it.
5. Production and Delivery
We strive to fulfil orders within estimated timelines communicated during the ordering process. However, delays may occur due to production demand, artwork revisions, or shipping circumstances. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your order or believe there is a quality issue, please contact us via Facebook Messenger and we will work to resolve the matter.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit artwork or designs that are offensive, illegal, or contain copyrighted material without proper permission. Under Axe reserves the right to refuse any order that violates these guidelines.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Codebound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any products ordered through the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Changes will be communicated via our Facebook page.
